Memorandum Concerning Ownership of the Recreational Facilities at Kings Point Sun City Center, Florida: This memo is intended to eliminate questions concerning ownership of the recreational amenities (Rec Area) and control of the related property at Kings Point Sun City Center (KPSCC). Kings Point Sun City Center West Land Trust Agreement" is the document where the community creates a Florida Land Trust (The Trust). The second document, "Agreement of Sale & Purchase" has details for the purchase of both the Rec Area and the Long Term Leases associated with the amenities by KPSCC from WCI, the developer.
