SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Master Association is a separate corporation with its own Board of Directors (currently controlled by the Developer) and its own budget. The Master Association carries its own Liability, Hazard, Fidelity, and Directors/Officer’s, and Workers Compensation insurance coverage. The Master Association, Inc. only controls the day-to-day operations and maintenance for common property within Kings Point that is NOT owned by a condominium, homeowner association, or the golf course. For information regarding sales, closings, ownership records, estoppel requests, condominium or owner accounts, modifications, pets, or other condominium matters, please click on the tab for The Continental Group (see left) and contact one of the General Operations, Accounting, or Resident Services staff members.

KINGS POINT VEHICLE STORAGE CLUB, INC.: The Master Association has executed a Licence with the Kings Point Vehicle Storage Club to use property owned by the Master Association (located at 445 Kings Blvd.) for the purpose of renting space to residents to store RV's, vehicles, boats, and trailers. The Vehicle Storage Club is incorporated, pays for all upkeep of the parking area, and carries its own Liability insurance policy. Documents of interest are shown below:
