Pursuant to Article IX of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Sun CIty Center West Master Association, Inc., on July 9, 2010, Minto Communities, LLC, (Developer/Declarant), designated the following Directors and Officers to serve on the board, effective immediately:
