The general purpose of the Master Association is to provide supervision, management, and determination as to the care and maintenance of roads, traffic control, landscaping within the roadway rights-of-way and other Master Association property, drainage systems, and irrigation systems (including all wells, pumps, pipes, and other facilities or equipment thereof) located throughout the Kings Point Project, as well as other matters determined to be in the best interest of the Master Association by the Board of Directors from time to time.  For condominium matters, please click on the Property Mgmt (FirstService) tab.

Kings Point Vehicle Storage Club, Inc.:  The Master Association has executed a License with the Kings Point Vehicle Storage Club to use property owned by the Master Association (located at 445 Kings Blvd.) for the purpose of renting space to residents to store RV's, vehicles, boats, and trailers.  The Vehicle Storage Club is incorporated, pays for all upkeep of the parking area, and carries its own Liability insurance policy.  The current Yardmaster is Randy Heath.  Call (813) 938-0455 or send inquiries to Yardmaster33573@gmail.com

Kings Point Garden Club:  The Master Association has executed a License with the Kings Point Garden Club to use property owned by the Master Association (located adjacent to the South Gate) for agricultural purposes.  The Garden Club is unincorporated, yet has a Board of Directors and carries its own Liability insurance policy. Documents of interest:

Kings Point Sportsman's Club:  The Master Association granted permission to the Sportsman's Club to hold Archery practice on Master Association property.  The Archery Range is located south of the Garden Club property on a land-bridge between two lakes.  Access is by golf cart on the dirt pathway next to the pond east of the Garden Center permimeter fence.  Firearms practice IS NOT ALLOWED at the Archery Range.  The rules are published at the link below, on the Sportsman's Club web-site, and at the Archery Range.  Each Archery Member must execute a Archery Member Waiver Agreement  form and submit it to the Sportsman's Club.
Guests may participate at the range ONLY by invitation of an Archery Member host. See Archery Range Rules and Regulations Section IV. A. 2. for information.  To execute the Invitee Waiver Agreement form, call the Master Association Manager at 633-6290 or 390-9298 and make an appointment.
