A rule of the KP community is that all children must be toilet-trained to use any of the KP pools. Children with swim diapers will be asked to exit the pool. 04/14/09  

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Overnight Parking Permits

All vehicles parking overnight in any Clubhouse parking lot must have a pass or a Kings Point resident decal AND an overnight parking permit displayed on the dashboard. The permits can be obtained from either gate or either clubhouse. Security checks the parking lots through the night and displaying this permit tells them they do not need to be concerned about this vehicle. If they do not see the appropriate paperwork, they will be leaving a reminder on the vehicle's window that a permit needs to be obtained. - Brenda Wiseman, Safety Program Coordinator 11-18-09

ADMINISTRATION

Memorandum Concerning Ownership of the Recreational Facilities at Kings Point Sun City Center, Florida: This memo is intended to eliminate questions concerning ownership of the recreational amenities (Rec Area) and control of the related property at Kings Point Sun City Center (KPSCC). First, the "Kings Point Sun City Center West Land Trust Agreement" is the document where the community creates a Florida Land Trust (The Trust). The second document, "Agreement of Sale & Purchase" has details for the purchase of both the Rec Area and the Long Term Leases associated with the amenities by KPSCC from WCI, the developer.
